Fail Safe plot
Due to a short circuit in the Pentagon's computer system, the computer sends a plane on a mission to bomb strategic targets in Russia with nuclear missiles. Some of the generals try to find a way to make the plane return, while its commander moves resolutely towards his target. Meanwhile, the president tries to convince his Russian counterpart that it is all a mistake. Remake of Fail-Safe from 1964, by Sidney Lumet.
