Driven and conscientious journalist Donald Wayne is against the death penalty. Wayne wants to prove that even if you're innocent, but if the evidence is against you, you stand a good chance of being sentenced to the death penalty. As a guinea pig, Wayne is arrested as the prime suspect in a murder case, but now he too must prove his innocence. However, despite his good intentions, he is not in a situation to do so. Time is running out.
