Reset - Der Film plot

Tormented by pain, a man wakes up in a bathtub. His vision is blurred and he has a major head injury. While returning his sight, he discovers that he does not recognize the apartment. But what worries him even more is that he doesn't recognize the man in the mirror. And what does the handcuff do to his arm?
