Pokus o Vrazdu plot

Professor Trojan, head of the Prague clinic, lives a quiet life in Malá Strana, one of the oldest districts in Prague. His son Petr is also a doctor, but to his father's dismay he moved to Brno with his wife Eva. One day someone poisons Trojan's cat. The same day someone shoots him through the window of his apartment. At first he shrugs about the incidents, but later he starts to get scared. He begins to scrutinize his relationships at work and private.
