"STRONG-ARM GUY OF A GAMBLING SHIP...Where the Stakes Were Life and Death!"
Conway is a government agent, also known as "G-man." He goes incognito as a ship's crewmember. Conway is investigating an increase in counterfeit money. This money is most likely intended for a gambling ship moored outside the territorial waters (the so-called three-mile zone). This ship is managed by the gangster Dave Reeves. To take legal action against Reeves and his accomplices, Conway and his fellow G-man Melvin Pierce search for evidence.
