O Xangô de Baker Street plot
Rio de Janeiro, 1886. French stage actress and diva Sarah Bernhardt (Maria de Medeiros) performs at the Municipal Theater, arousing public interest in French culture. In the city she is highly regarded and even Emperor Dom Pedro II comes to see her. And he confides in her a secret: a precious Stradivarius, given to him by the widow and Baroness Maria Luiza, has disappeared. Sarah advises him to ask for help from her good friend, the legendary detective Sherlock Holmes (Joaquim de Almeida).
