Benjy Taylor (DB Sweeney) is a cop who loves expensive and fast cars, especially Porsches. Ted Varrick (Charlie Sheen) is a young wealthy car thief. His specialty: Porsches. Benjy is tasked by his boss Bracey (Randy Quaid) to infiltrate as a car mechanic at a Chop Shop, a garage where stolen cars exchange identities within hours. To gain Varrick's trust, Benjy quickly becomes a highly professional car thief. What Benjy cannot suspect was that a certain friendship would develop and he enjoys his suddenly very luxurious life.
