Mayor plot
Police officer Sergey Sobolev rushes to the hospital, where his wife is about to give birth to their first child. Overwhelmed by his joy, he drives way too fast and sees a boy on the zebra crossing too late. The little boy dies in the collision and Sergey now has two choices: go to jail or cover up the crime.
