Little Criminals plot

"Mean Streets + Boys = Little Criminals"

Des is an eleven-year-old boy who has a bad life due to a poor upbringing. Causing crime and misery is central to his life and he and his friends hang out in the city and engage in criminal activities such as vandalism, stealing and causing a nuisance. He thinks he can do anything because he can't be prosecuted until he's 12 years old. Cory becomes Des' best friend and they act like nothing can stop them. Then Des is sent to a youth institution with the aim of teaching him some decency and thus starting a new life.
