Life Tastes Good plot

Two San Francisco detectives discover a body in an abandoned car. His wallet and a tape recorder show that it is a money launderer. The story is then told from a flashback from the dead man's eye. It turns out that he robbed someone and is now being chased by someone who robbed him. Hidden in a warehouse, he tries to make contact with his children. In the warehouse he comes into contact with a woman who comes there regularly because her husband has died there. She becomes obsessed with the new resident and thinks he is a reincarnation of her husband.
