"TERROR RULES"
A bum befriends teenage Hazel Ashley, who has run away from home. They go to a local cafe together and Hazel tries to convince the bum to take her away from her family, where she is very unhappy, but he is unwilling to do so. Meanwhile, the British police, led by Major Peters, are on the hunt for a runaway child murderer and are looking for the missing Hazel.
