In the summer of 1928, a number of prisoners of the National Penitentiary in Buenos Aires manage to escape. The film tells the story of each of the escapees in search of their destiny - tough guys who have their own ethics and who would do anything not to go back to prison. Some of them will die a painful death, others will manage to disappear. Shocking stories in which tenderness and love, grace and horror alternate.
