Once Sadik fought for justice in court. But that was a long time ago. The former lawyer now works as a private detective and sometimes gets better, sometimes worse through life. His latest job concerns a boy who has been missing for several weeks. Sadik doesn't have much hope that he can still be successful. He secretly assumes that the missing person is long dead. Nevertheless, he sets to work and searches for clues. This is how Sadik discovers that many things are not as they seem at first sight. The search for the boy becomes an experience that will also change him.
