"Even a criminal can serve his country."
Election time again for the triads arrives and the incumbent big man, Lok, this time gets into a fight with his five godsons. They prey on the highest position in the crime syndicate, but Lok is well prepared for them. In the meantime, Jimmy Li does his best to break out of the crime, but even if he wants to be a good, legal businessman, occasional interference from the triads proves inevitable.
