"He Took the Law Into His Own Hands!"

Young man Kelly Olesen returns to Los Angeles after learning that his brother has been murdered. Kelly, however, appears to have to fight against the mistrust of the police. This suspicion is not surprising in his case because he is a former thief. Kelly's situation worsens when he is beaten up by the mobster responsible for his brother's murder and his own mother turns him over to the police.
