Isamu Okita is a violent criminal who, after serving time in prison, returns to the streets of Tokyo to form a new gang. His gang becomes so powerful that the ruling yakuzas recruit him. Things go well for a while, until Okita's short temper turns out to be too big a stumbling block for the collaboration.
