"Sensational Expose !!! See a Ruthless Arson Ring at work !! Based on Arson Bureau Files."

Captain S. Taplinger is in charge of the Los Angeles Fire Department. He is eagerly looking for the person who started a series of fires in office buildings. Taplinger suspects that the fires were started by a gang of thieves so as not to leave any traces. Firefighter Russ Haines, one of Taplinger's employees, joins the gang incognito and learns that Bertha Polacheck is in charge.
