Ein Mann unter Verdacht plot

Two days after her birthday party, Thomas Altmann's wife Anja disappears. He reports her missing, but is soon regarded as a murder suspect himself. Although his lawyer Lavinie has a very good reputation, she cannot prevent Thomas from being arrested. The fifteen-year-old son of Anja and Thomas is taken care of by Anja's father. He casts Thomas on the fact that he killed his daughter and does everything in his power to prevent Thomas's release. Thomas accuses Anja's father of having abused Anja. Meanwhile, indications are emerging that Anja is still alive, and was spotted in Spain.
