Der Tourist plot

Most holidaymakers just sit on their towel on the beach, but there are some who do completely different things. Inspector Lanz is after such a person: a holidaymaker who murders people in European capitals. The killer is so confident that he sends a postcard to the inspector in advance from where he will strike. Lanz receives a map from London and later spots the mysterious butcher there. After a wild chase, he manages to kill the killer. At least that's what Lanz thinks. But then he gets another postcard...
