Deadbeat plot

"They're free, white and twenty-one, and don't give a damn about anyone!"

A group of rebellious youths rob a restaurant and rape and murder the customers. Not long after they are caught, they are released again, due to a technical error. When the brother of one of the victims hears this, he decides to go after it himself.
