"It's Bullets vs. Basketball... as Steve Wilson Fights a Juvenile Crime Wave!"
Steve Wilson is the justice-seeking editor-in-chief of the city's newspaper Illustrated Press. Together with his journalist Lorelei Kilbourne, he fights with their newspaper articles against a group of young delinquents who are terrorizing the city. Steve has built one of the best basketball teams with five of the worst offenders in this group. The leader of these delinquents, Stanley 'Stash' Clements, is not happy about this and joins two criminals to gamble with the results of the basketball games in the hopes that the basketball team will be disbanded again.
