"Sensational expose of the firebug racket!"
Firefighter Joe Martin suspects the fires in the warehouse and home of a furrier may have been deliberately lit to cover up thefts. Joe goes incognito as a fired firefighter and befriends corrupt insurance man Fred Fender, who Joe believes is related to a gang of arsonists. However, Joe and his girlfriend Jane Jennings, who assists him, become increasingly involved in the gang's activities. Is there still a way out for them?
