"They Come in the Toilet"
Beautiful college student and karate student Megumi struggles with her sister's recent death and seeks distraction. She goes camping with a strange quartet of friends. The beautiful Aya, Aya's friend Tak, the busty drama queen Maki and the nerd Naio. The goal is to go fishing in a river known for its parasites, which Maki wants to eat to stay slim. However, she accidentally eats an alien parasite, which comes out through her anus and then goes back in with her sharp teeth to eat her brain. Maki turns into a mindless zombie and joins a similar group of zombies who emerge from an outdoor toilet, smeared with feces...
