1990. The rave scene has arrived in the UK from Ibiza, bringing great wealth to the organizers. In Manchester, best friends Matt and Dylan are in their early twenties and long gone. When the government plans to ban the parties, they quickly try to get to the top. They enter a world of wild travel, from the exclusive VIP areas of London's clubs to the outrageous parties in the villas of Ibiza and Amsterdam's hedonism. But as their success grows, they attract a dark and sinister world. Matt and Dylan begin to drift apart and are forced to reconsider their dreams and close friendship.
