Tripping Forward plot

The film is about two roommates Ford (Chris Fogleman) and Tripp (William Gregory Lee) who struggle with their careers. While Ford is frustrated that he's only had success as an actor so far in commercials, Tripp prefers drugs and medicine over his music studies. When their money runs out, they have to come up with something to avoid being evicted from their rooms. Tripp finds the perfect solution: selling drugs to supermannequins. Ford thinks it's a silly idea but agrees to pay his bills and continue his acting classes with Gwen (Amber Benson), the girl of his dreams.
