The Golden Boat plot

Israel Williams follows a trail of abandoned shoes that leads to one Austin. The man declares "I don't belong here" and stabs himself in the stomach. Although he asks Israel to turn around so he can die in peace, Austin turns out to be a stalker. He is after Israel, bleeding profusely, but not dying. In fact, with his knife he makes other victims left and right. And it turns out there are even more of these types walking around. It's like a soap opera. Israel undergoes everything resignedly.
