"Dreams do come true...sometimes."
Shirley Kenyon, an honest woman, dumps her boyfriend and leaves for Chicago. By chance she is allowed to present a radio program once, in which all kinds of problems are discussed, after which she is immediately hired. But the station is demanding that she call herself a Doctor and her popularity continues to rise, prompting the media to dig deep into her past.

Reasonable film about a woman who applies for a job as a secretary, but is mistaken for a psychologist. A rather standard rom-com with a predictable progression. People color very safely within the lines here. It's easy to look away, and it certainly can't be called bad. Another narrow 3.0 stars because of the charming Dolly Parton who is also responsible for the songs in the film.
