The film follows the petty and irresponsible criminal Willy, who is a huge music lover. Despite being 38, he has no intention of giving up on his dream of becoming a famous musician. So when he's paroled, he decides to reunite his old band, to prove to his son, Mikkel, that he's not the failure everyone thinks he is.
