Steppin' in Society plot
Howard 'Ten Spot' Rocky is accused of stealing a car. He is sentenced to prison by Judge Avery Webster. However, this conviction makes Ten Spot's girlfriend Jenny de Juke desperate. She tells Webster that her boyfriend is on the right track these days and that he stole the car to take her to the hospital when she was suffering from acute appendicitis. But Webster ignores Jenny's arguments.
