Stenzels Bescherung plot
Volkmar Stenzel is a branch manager of a Frankfurt bank that has been swallowed up by a Chinese concern and scrupulously scrutinized by an ambitious young careerist. Stenzel has carried out his profession for years with the highest esteem and with a listening for the customer and decides to revolt against the course of events. With the money from a sleeping account of a deceased person, he gives a loan to the preschool where his daughter once went to school. Soon there are more applicants, but Stenzel has to be careful, because if all the money has not been paid back by Christmas, things will swing.
