Solang' es Hübsche Mädchen Gibt plot
When the revue star Alice and her husband, the composer Ernst Gläser, are visited by her twin sister Ellen and her American husband Bob in 1955, the two couples travel in thoughts to the year 1947, where it all started for them. In post-war Munich, between bombed houses, money reform and the black market, Alice and Ellen get to know their future husbands and love. The first attempt to organize a revue ends in chaos, but then the twin sisters suddenly become the stars of a spectacular show, which they organize together with Ernst, Bob and the dancer Monika.
