Everything in high school is like the world is ending and Sadie Mitchell's crippling fear of the coming apocalypse is the extreme version of that. Sadie has two weeks to get herself ready for the ultimate day. She has to learn to cook, learn to sew, but there are other things… personal things: going to a high school dance, kissing a guy, and most importantly, getting her best friend back.
