Mon attends a Catholic boarding school and is an outsider there. She has a special gift: she can smell ghosts. This brings her into contact with a boy ghost who was a student at the school in the 1980s when it was still an economics college. Together they investigate the murder of a princess who was brutally murdered fifty years earlier in the same building.
