Ruby and Rata plot

Old Ruby is afraid that people are looking for an excuse to put her in a nursing home. She asks her cousin to find a tenant for the small apartment below hers. Then there is someone who can watch her a little and she can continue to live independently. However, the tenant turns out to be a pop singer with an eight-year-old son who has mild criminal tendencies.
