Rent Control plot
"All's fair in love and rent."
Audrey (Carmen Electra) is New York's hottest babe and she's totally oversexed. She grabs every man she meets. Then a young couple from the countryside comes to live next door with their aunt. Sure enough: Audrey knows what to do with the innocent boy next door! She gives him a very warm Welcome to New York! That is the beginning of dull misery for the young couple: suddenly their aunt falls down dead! Soon the deranged landlord will put them on the street. So don't let the goofy elevator boy and their crazy neighbor find out. But then Aunt's corpse disappears. And they haven't finished with that nymphomaniac neighbor either.
