Remedy for Riches plot

A man enters the village of Dr. Christian enters with the announcement that he is looking for a plot of land to build. Once he has bought the land, he suddenly discovers that there is oil in the ground. He offers the villagers to buy all a piece of his land so that everyone can share in the wealth. dr. However, Christian suspects that it is a scam and sets out to investigate.
