Rejs plot
A stowaway gets aboard a ship departing for a cruise on the Vistula River. The captain mistakes him for a Communist Party cultural coordinator. The intruder adapts to his new role and engages in playing silly fun and humiliating games with the passengers and crew. It won't be long before he has everyone under his thumb and creates his own comic dictatorship.
