Qi Chuan Xu Xu plot

Frank Dreibelbis, a frustrated American businessman, is looking for a well-to-do moron who wants to buy his worthless cheese factory from him so that he can live in southern Spain himself. He leaves for Beijing where he meets the perfect-looking victim Li Qiang and his assistant Ming Chen. What he does not know, however, is that they are also financially ruined and are desperately looking for a dope that can get them out of the misery.
