Proêzas de Satanás na Vila de Leva-e-Traz plot

The discovery of an oil well by a one-armed man has a huge impact in the village of Leva-e-Traz. The man followed the clues from a dream and found the spring near a mountain about 40 kilometers from the village. Soon a new village is built there. All the youngsters leave Leva-e-Traz and go to live in the new village, including the prostitute, the tailor and the baker. Only the elderly and the disabled are left behind. The problems increase when the priest also leaves, with the statue of the local patron saint. Meanwhile, a newcomer appears in Leva-e-Traz; he can turn himself into a goat or a frog, perform miracles and thus manage to control everyone.
