Piédalu à Paris plot

Piédalu, a farmer, decides to submit a tax reduction plan to the Minister of National Renovation. He developed that plan himself. He is received by Finnois, a minor civil servant who will try to take care of the plan. Piédalu nevertheless manages to meet the minister. In addition, he will bring together Madeleine, a girl from his village, and the man she loves.
