Out West with the Peppers plot

"The most lovable kids who ever took a tug at your heart-strings!"

The Peppers - widow Mrs. Pepper and her five children Polly, Ben, Joey, Davie and Phronsie - and the Kings - miner JH King and his grandson Jasper King - still live in Gusty Corners with loyal butler Martin. They have a regular income thanks to their copper mine. However, the Peppers have to move to a healthier climate because Mrs. Pepper's health leaves something to be desired. They move to her sister Alice Anderson and brother-in-law Jim Anderson. They don't seem very welcome there.
