Five Little Peppers in Trouble plot

"Five swell reasons for a good time!"

The Peppers - widowed Mrs. Pepper and her five children Polly, Ben, Joey, Davie and Phronsie - have returned to their small house in Gusty Corners to live with JH King, whom they call "Grandpa King", JH's grandson Jasper King and their faithful butler Martin. JH tries to get them a bigger home, while Jasper's aunt Martha Wilcox tries to get custody of Jasper through a lawsuit. JH thinks she has a point that their house is too small for them all and sends the kids to a boarding school.
