The notorious bumbling Otto sits with his penguin on a bench in Central Park, New York. At first no one is surprised by this scene, freaks are common in this city, but when a German tourist wants to know the ins and outs, Otto starts telling his whole story in one go. Apparently he has completed a world tour, marked by all possible and impossible disasters and accidents.
