Nerone plot

In this parody, the hated Roman emperor Nero (Pippo Franco) is tucked away in a hospital for the mentally ill by his opponent Seneca (Oreste Lionello). Fortunately, with the help of his friend Petronio Arbitro (Enrico Montesano), he can escape to prevent the revolution Seneca had planned.
