"Some say he's a miracle man. Some say he's a fraud. You are about to meet a most unusual young man."

mr. North, a stranger in a small but wealthy town in Rhode Island, quickly gets all kinds of rumors surrounding him that he has the power to heal people of their ailments. These rumors are reinforced by the fact that it charges negatively and gives electric shocks to anyone it touches.
