Miss Ameriguá plot

The town of Amerigua in Paraguay is in a festive mood. It is the day when the beauty queen of the city will be chosen. A lot of girls hope to win and will do anything for it. The city council has a problem: it cannot be decided whether a red or blue carpet should be rolled out. Also for the rebels, who oppose the military junta, this day is an excellent opportunity to assert themselves. One of them, who at the time saw his father being murdered, is out for revenge.
