"In the tense field of men's desires, she proves she has what it takes"

19-year-old Lynn, a precocious girl, leaves her Pennsylvania village in search of a good marital life. Her first love experience is very disappointing and she soon discovers that all men want the same from her. So Lynn starts asking for money for sex and hangs out with a blackmailer with which she blackmails a disc jockey and a pimp. When she marries an Italian aristocrat, the latter allows her to continue her life as a 'joygirl', while he starts out as a gigolo.
