Ministarstvo Ljubavi plot
Kreso is at his wits' end. A fully qualified biologist, he is out of work and has a hopeless marriage. The cash-strapped government is looking for unique ways to save money. More than 20 years after the war of the 1990s, the government is targeting the widows of fallen soldiers. Anyone who is unmarried but has a new relationship is no longer entitled to a military pension. Enforcement requires a new department: the Ministry of Charity, which aims to collect information about the widows.
