"Take A Peek ! Don't stare to long . . . when you see them !"
At Middleton College, run by the wealthy donor Melton, only sports are allowed for which you have to pay. But Freddie Frye, the conniving student council president, is eager to take part in some sport in order to win back his girl Susie. He hatches plans to revive crew boat racing. However, sinking boats, no money and his own waist get in his way. Can they win the big race with State University?
