Mheejou plot

The little girl Mheejou belongs to the Ahkas (a group of people from the northernmost region of Thailand). A non-governmental organization arrives in town to start a small TV station. The program will be entirely devoted to the village and it is the intention that the residents produce their own programs. The girl is interested, but there appears to be some commotion.
